ABG is recognised as having designing and installing the first blue roof in the United Kingdom, with the first installation taking place at the University of Huddersfield. Over the years, ABG has provided more than one million square metres of blue roof systems to construction projects worldwide.
The company manufactures over 2.5 million square metres of drainage composites annually at its Meltham Mills production facility. The company holds ISO certification and is a member of several industry bodies, including the Green Roof Organisation (GRO), CIRIA and BALI.
